Hi,

I am sure that I have read previously that its possible to fit a bluetooth module to the head unit on my C6. Is that correct or I have just another strange dream.........?

Cheers

Bluetooth was included in the RT5 Nav system from 2009.
It was also a factory option on Lignage models that didn't have the optional Nav system.
All a bit bizarre/illogical and behind the times, but remember C6 started production late 2005 and had a long development period so some of the technology wasn't cutting edge.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'fitting a Bluetooth module to the head unit'.
There are discussion threads where owners have replaced the existing RT3 or RT4 headunit with an RT5 and also some have fitted an aftermarket kit (like a Parrot).

My first C6 had the RT3 system and I used to forward incoming calls from my mobile phone to a separate phone number/SIM card that was in the headunit. It worked Ok for me.
