 This is my right hand side - your's drivers side - done yesterday. Let the photos speak from themselves.

One mistake I made: too narrow hole, should have took more from the right side to allow more room for the flap to get out. I did the cutting with "multitool" with 1cm wide metal cutter.
Glued with epoxy and finished with rubbery slicone-like bonding (not done yet on the photos).

 I also added the "safety" torque limiter 120 Ohm 5W resistors to flap motor wires white (pin 35 + purple (pin 33) in the AC control panel harness - seems to work fine.
