Best warranty cover for 2007 40,000 mile C6 ???

 The three months free warranty that came from the Peugeot dealer I bought my C6 from is just about to expire, so I need to take the plunge with warranty cover.

I'd be interested in any advice or experience about the best deals, the best service and the most comprehensive cover.

I'm planning to use B L Autos in Welwyn to service the car. I've already had one brief visit there for them to check the car over when I bought it and had a good experience. So will be getting warranty that covers repairs by an independent garage rather than Citroen dealers. Any reason not to do this?
