Green, same as the engine (which it was before I sprayed on the cleaner )

S'much better than the original, Dave- Paris just sprayed the car, only Slough polished it afterwards. Pity about the leather, tho'

Thats another £2,466.02 spent on it (plus circa £500.00 on a 12v conversion last October).

Owning one isn't for the faint hearted

And now the water pump is leaking on the Traction

Ah well, can't run it in anyway as we have snow and ice ATM.

No, owning one is not for the faint hearted! Owning two, well....but you've done a good job on it, and at only £600 a cylinder.

One should run the car in for 1500 miles, torquing down at 500, and really changing the oil at 500, 1000 and 1500. I did not follow the speed instructions on the Roadster, because of the high ratio cwp, but the first 500 miles I kept down to 40 mph, and then 50 thereafter.

The water pump always leaks, and the water goes down onto the clutch. Which sticks on. You can get it to separate, but you might strip the gearbox in doing it- the outer casíng splits.....alternatively, you have to take the engine out
