CD won't eject

 Been doing pretty well, copying CDs to the hard drive on my Navidrive.
However today after I copied a CD it said something like "CD not copied, copy again!". However, since that point the eject button on the head unit won't eject the CD, and when I go into the Menu it is not seeing a CD to be copied?

Any ideas how I get the CD out?

 Hi. Quick update. So having left the car for a day...all settled down and the CD was ejected. Strange but true...

 Sometimes it will retry and retry and retry for quite a long time...
