Hi Gmerry have started a thread here as the other one had gone off topic.
Good guess, but mine is a true t/s system running without driven fan not like the Austin 7.
A type of basic Citroen 2cv configeration but manufactured for over fifty years and British made.

 I think you will find the 2CV has an AIR COOLED engine!

 It is but the configaration is a flat twin.
